This listing is for the purchase of a brand new EVO 32 electric vehicle charging point.

This unit is a wall mountable EV charging device that can be used to charge any electric or plug in hybrid vehicle, it has a type 2 universal socket. Its intelligent hardware communicates with your vehicle for safe, efficient charging.

Charges a typical electric car, such as a Nissan Leaf or Renault Zoe, from empty to full in as little as 3 to 4 hours

This unit is compatible with all PHEV and EV's and their on board charging timers. It has a Type 2 - Universal Socket, you simply plug the cable that comes with your car (we also sell these cables if you don't have one, or check out our combo packages) between the socket on the charge point and the socket on the vehicle and swipe the key to start. The unit takes care of everything else, stopping the charge when the vehicles battery is full or if there is a problem with the vehicle.

The EVO 32 will need to be installed on its own dedicated circuit, in line with building regulations and by a qualified/competent electrician. The unit comes with installation and operating instructions.

Easy to install with wall mounting plate and fixings included. Already fitted with a Type-A RCD (underneath) so can be wired directly from a spare way in a consumer unit, no RCBO required (as with some other units)
